This sampler is designed to be listened from beginning to end. Individual tracks can be streamed for free and the whole mix can be downloaded for pay-what-you-want. Any and all proceeds from paid downloads go to the New York Asian Women's Center (www.nyawc.org), a local non profit that aids women and child victims of abuse through shelters, counseling services, and other aid. Iron Pier is based in Brooklyn's Sunset Park Chinese neighborhood and one of our partners is an Asian-American woman. We feel a connection to NYAWC, the community it was started to serve and the larger work it does now.
